WALDO WILLIAMS WALK

             St Tysilio's Walks

Footpath improvements on the public rights of way are currently being underatken in the Llandissilio and Clunderwen area under the ' Greenways partnership' .   As a result of this ongoing work, Llandissilio resident Andrew Dugmore has been working with PLANED and the communities to research and interprete a themed walking leaflet around Llandissilio and Clunderwen.

In the footsteps of St Tysilio, Joseph James and Waldo Williams: men of faith.

The theme for the St Tysilio's walks is taken from the 3 places of worship, taking their inspiration from St Tyslio’s, Pisgah and Blaenconin and 3 influential Christians who are inseparably linked with these places St Tysilio, Joseph James and Waldo Williams..  The history of these Christian sites span 1500 years from the age of the Saints in the 500’s to our present times and in 2004 grant assisted improvements have been made at all 3 places of worship.
